Here are the HDC Illustrated FRW rankings for January. Brought to you by Holstein Dairy Cows.
(Look at the udda on that mudda.)
Here is the list:
Christian Angers (All Star Champion)
Steven Marriott (Granite State Champion)
1. Vampire Setheron
2. Maverick Wild
3. Shane Sharpe
4. Panther Martin
5. Dr. Heresy
6. Master Flesh
7. Don Chesterfield
8. Matt Spectro
9. Frankie Arion
10. Antonio Thomas
You may have noticed a few changes this month. The competition has become so fierce in the FRW that I decided to list the champions segregated from the contenders to make room for some of the newcomers who have invaded the FRW territory. The word is getting out about New Hampshire’s best kept secret, and as you can see numbers 9 and 10 on the list feature wrestlers who have come all the way from Western Massachusetts to bask in the fame and fortunes to be made in FRW.
Ranked as the number one contender for the second month in a row is Setheron, who fought to a double count-out against champion Christian Angers last month. There is bound to be a rematch between these two, perhaps a no count-out match, or even a lumberjack match to keep the guys in the ring.
Shane Sharpe moves to number three after loosing the Granite State Title to his former manager Steve Marriott. Sharpe should get a rematch, but perhaps it would be wise if he took a break to give his ribs time to heel, something he couldn’t do while enduring the intense schedule that the championship demanded of him.
The only other news to report is veteran FRW wrestler Matt Spectro moves to the #8 spot with a much-needed victory against Tommy Lydel.
No wrestlers were removed from the list due to the new format.
