Front Row Wrestling promises to ugly up the beautiful Hidden Hills/Four Star Banquet Hall on Lisa Rd (directly off of Rt. 202) in Rindge, NH on Friday, Feb. 20th with a bell time of 8pm.
Main Event: All Star Championship Bout; 1 fall, 30 minute time limit…
Challenger: Former WWE and current International superstar
“The Promise” Antonio Thomas
Vs.
All Star Champion
Shane Sharp
-The young champion will face what surely must be his toughest challenge to date when he takes on Antonio Thomas. Thomas is a true bull; sporting one of the best builds in pro wrestling derived from a fanatical devotion to physical training and a true student of the game, Sharp will be hard pressed to fend off his determined challenger. These two recently faced off in Peabody, Ma and no clear winner could be determined in a match that tore the house down and started a budding rivalry. Will Sharpe walk out with the All Star Title, or will Antonio overmatch his smaller, less experienced opponent?
All Star Tag Team Title Bout:
Challengers:
Dr. Reginald Heresy and “Fabulous” Johnny Vegas (The Doctors of Vegas, w/ Marshall McNiel)
Vs.
Champions:
Sethoran & Tony Star
-Heresy and Vegas: a combined 30+ years of experience, guile and wit take on the champions. Seth and Star are more of a Veteran/rookie combination and in January upended Maverick Wild and Master Flesh (the Pleasures of Pain) for the title. The Vegas/Heresy combination makes for a completely different type of challenge however. Of course, wherever the Doctors of Vegas go, Marshal McNiel is sure to follow with his trusty croquette mallet in hand.
Of course, Sethoran and Star can really fly. Both have a very high power offense and may prove too fast by keeping the D.O.V. off balance. It will be an interesting bout for sure.
Granite State Title Bout:
Ethan Masters (Challenger)
Vs.
Matt Spectro (Champion)
-Ethan Masters is in his rookie year, and will face off against the long reigning Granite State Champion Matt Spectro. Strong and powerful as he is, Masters has yet to face off one on one against someone who can match his power. Spectro, at a mobile 6’6” and a well proportioned 270 lbs with a wealth of experience, is expected to retain. Spectro should be careful, however, not to fall prey to arrogance or Master’s repertoire of throws and suplexes.
Maverick Wild and Tony Spencer
Vs.
Steven Marriott & Shawn Sharp (Younger brother of Shane Sharp; first match ever)
-Age appears to be catching up with Maverick Wild. A career of hard shots and injuries would appear to be wearing him down. This has been becoming more and more apparent in the last year; he’s slipped badly in the rankings and has admitted to being carried by his former tag team partner Master Flesh in recent weeks and that his increasingly violent and nasty outbursts have been in an effort to try to beat Father Time. So…one has to wonder if his tag match with self appointed self help guru “Tough Talk” Tony Spencer is at least partially a counseling session.
They face Steven Marriott and-one would suppose the weak link to this team-the debut of Shawn Sharp. Marriott is a former Granite State Champion and can hold his own, but Shawn Sharp with no experience (beyond his 6 months of training) and weighing in at 174 lbs can expect a tough time of it.
3 woman elimination bout:
Vanity Vixen -vs- Mistress Belmont -vs.-Sara Blackhart
Christian Angers -v- Dan Thunder
Panther Martin -v- Justin Shape
