Matches signed so far...
All Star Title Bout: Shane Sharp (c) -v- the Duke of Elegance Don Chesterfield
-This is a rematch from Claremont, NH during which All Star Champion Shane Sharp was defeated cleanly in a non-title bout. The pressure is on both men now. Shane Sharp has to win to erase the cloud of doubt his non-title loss has cast on his championship reign. Chesterfield has to prove he can win when it really counts. This promises to be the most hotly contested bout in Front Row Wrestling this year...don't miss it!

MAJOR CARD CHANGE
We have some good news and bad news.
The good news is that “The Duke of Elegance” Don Chesterfield has been offered a try-out for All Japan Wrestling representative Osamu Nishimura Anyone who has observed “the Duke’s” work is well aware that there are probably very few people as talented and/or deserving of this opportunity. Chances like these ones have been a LONG time coming for this very deserving wrestler, and we wish him the best of luck.
The bad news; to take advantage of this opportunity, Chesterfield will have to travel to Ocala, Florida to the world famous “Funking Conservatory”, run by legendary ex-world champion Dory Funk Jr. Where this poses a problem is the tryout is Oct. 4th, meaning Chesterfield will be on a plane for Florida instead of challenging Shane Sharp for the All Star Championship.
Lucky in this situation is Justin Shaype. A ranked contender, Shaype was scheduled to be on the Oct. 3rd card but did not have a match signed as of yet. He has been given the nod.
For Shane Sharp- Sharp was looking to validate his title reign with a big win over the man who beat him in a non-title bout earlier this year. With a little over a week to go, Sharp will now have to prepare for a man who wrestles a completely different style and a vast advantage in experience. The All Star Champion will have to be ready for anything now that he faces the devil he doesn’t know as opposed to the one he does-and uncertainty often makes for a volatile title situation.
For Justin Shaype-Shaype last year held the All Star tag team titles with Johnny Vegas, and has held singles titles over an 11 career. His fun loving ways obscure what is a vastly under rated championship. The biggest doubt on him going into this match would be stamina (oddly enough with a name like Shaype). While he came back over a year ago, it was after a LONG hiatus and the hiatus was both related to injury and advancing problems with asthma. He claims that through exercise and treatment, he has overcome the asthma. However since coming back, he has engaged in a lot of tag matches; some have theorized this was to reduce the work load on his lungs.
Despite questionable wind, Shaype remains a potent challenger, and may prove to be Sharp’s dark horse undoing.

The following statement was issued by the Duke of Elegance last night...
FRW Fans,
The Duke of Elegance would like to extend his deepest apology for being unable to make FRW's upcoming event Friday October third 2008. FRW management has already explained my absence. I hope everyone can forgive why I can not make the event. Understand though that the Duke's chase for the FRW all star Championship is far from over. Again I apologize and hope to return to FRW in the near future.
Thank You
"Duke of Elegance" Don Chesterfield
